Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 weeks. Since many of our pieces are finished to order, this timeframe allows for meticulous quality checks and specialized white-glove delivery to ensure your item arrives safely.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all standard catalog items. Please note that custom-made or personalized furniture is non-refundable unless it arrives damaged or defective.
How should I care for my natural wood furniture?
To maintain the wood's beauty, avoid direct sunlight and extreme humidity. Clean with a soft, dry cloth and use a high-quality wood wax or oil every 6-12 months to keep the finish hydrated.
Is the furniture shipped fully assembled?
Most of our larger items, like sideboards and bed frames, require minimal assembly. We provide all necessary hardware and detailed instructions; however, we also offer a professional assembly service at checkout for an additional fee.
